What

Hoisted Intl.DateTimeFormat instance to module level and introduced $O(1)$ Map column lookups in visit-stats.ts, while replacing .split('T')[0] with .slice(0, 10) in github-releases.ts.

Why

1. Re-instantiating Intl.DateTimeFormat on every function invocation creates unnecessary ICU locale initialization overhead and GC allocations in Cloudflare Workers edge runtimes.
2. Sequential Array.prototype.indexOf searches on column arrays create $O(N)$ linear scan overhead per parsed field.
3. Using .split('T')[0] allocates temporary 2-element string arrays for ISO date formatting.

Impact

• Eliminates repeated ICU locale initialization for Stockholm date formatting.
• Reduces column index lookup time from $O(N)$ to $O(1)$ per parsed row in parseVisitGlance.
• Prevents intermediate string array allocations when formatting release dates.
• All 368 unit tests pass in 1.26s.
