Summary
Fixed a config migration bug where disabling a platform extension (e.g. Developer) in a new chat could silently get reset back to enabled. The enabled flag is now read directly from the raw YAML entry instead of depending on the full ExtensionConfig struct parsing successfully, so schema mismatches can no longer discard the user's choice.
