Any eye tracker from the Tobii gaming range should work with EyeMine. See Tobii gaming for more information.
Download and install the latest Tobii Eye Tracking engine from the Tobii website: Tobii downloads. You will need to turn on the engine whenever you use EyeMine. See Turn on Tobii Eye Tracking from system tray.
Use Tobii Eye Tracking to calibrate for the user.
- The first time you use your eye tracker with EyeMine you will need to tell EyeMine which device to use. Open EyeMine Settings (by right clicking on EyeMine and clicking "Settings") and select the "Pointing & Selecting" tab.
- Change the "Source" (under "Pointing") to Tobii gaming eye tracker
- Click "OK" to save your changes. EyeMine will need to restart to apply your changes.
- When EyeMine starts up again it will be listening to your eye tracker so try looking around rather than using the mouse cursor to make key selections.
EyeMine is a fork of the excellent OptiKey project, which offers computer control and speech for advanced eye gaze users.
If you're using the EyeMine Classic version (versions 1.x.x) then you can find legacy documentation at the EyeMine classic wiki
