feat: SAML deeplink auth

Implements deeplink auth for SAML.

The web client passes the saml credential token in form of deeplink. The mobile app parses the credential token and uses existing DDP methods to validate the saml credential token and establish a user session.

How to test or reproduce

Requires a server running RocketChat/Rocket.Chat#41788

• Configure a SAML Auth strategy on admin
• Enable Modern OAuth flow setting under Admin -> OAuth
• On mobile app login page, the saml login button shouldn't be visible.
• Use "Login on Web"
• System browser opens up
• Authenticate using SAML
• After authentication, the browser should open mobile app and mobile app should be logged in with authenticated user.
