Agenda: A few have been working async on people (how to become a ODC Jedi and/or a Regen Ranger) and project (Sandbox ++) pipelines

I'd like to discuss live so we can quickly get a v 1.0 published:

• diagram
• MVP governance / voting
• OATH(s)

Notes:

• Regen ranger: similar to passing bar and retaining, shows skill level and recent participation in the field
• Jedi: not much discussion about it
• Clear scoring, way to reach status of joining group
• Commercial entity will be a stabilizing force, provide services work for OSS members to earn
• Sean talked about using orbit love as example, use algorithm (comms TwitterA discordB youtubeC) + (github reviewsD PRsE commitsF) + (hackathon submissionsG mentoringH bountiesI). Ranger1 values in 2 of 3, ranger2 values in 3 of 3
• Sean provides a comment for further discussion on proposals using either discourse or issues
