• the sandbox README and what modifications should be made. I think if we can make progress that this meeting may be unnecessary going forward

• we discussed the terms teams and projects. generally decided to follow the CNCF example of sandbox projects for early ideas and incubated projects for established work.
• decided to follow the gitcoin example of discourse proposals with little pre requirements to request a sandbox project. @epowell101 will create a discourse category proposals and @sarob will pin the sandbox proposal template to the category
• @sarob will update the https://github.com/OpenDataforWeb3/sandbox page to match the sandbox proposal template
• the grants review dashboard team have been meeting which is amazing! We have our first real project operating independently. @zen will work on the meeting times published to the calendar and the notes published on their wiki so others can collaborate.
• lego curation and sybil dashboard have also been created. @kikura and a few others need to be made aware it exists and they start defining how it differs from the other dashboard.
• We need to document and collaborate on how to manage ETL work and node devops work. outstanding if we define as a project or something else.
