…ction Two critical fixes for the collate-issues script: 1. Claude Bot Comment Extraction (collate_issues.py:687-742) - Fixed regex to capture emoji indicators and status labels after **Title** - Added severity mapping:⚠️ (Non-Blocking) → MAJOR, ✅ (Safe) → MINOR - Strips 12 common emoji indicators from final titles - Removes status labels in parentheses: (BLOCKING), (SAFE), etc. Before: Claude comments ended up in UNMATCHED section After: Properly categorized by severity with clean titles 2. Python Environment Detection (collate-issues:81-124) - Searches upward 5 levels for pyproject.toml to find project root - Runs 'poetry env info' from project root, not script directory - Added Docker container path fallback (/workspace/omniclaude) Before: ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'pydantic' After: Uses Poetry venv with all dependencies available Tested with: - PR #110 (omnibase_core): Extracts 2 MAJOR + 2 MINOR correctly - PR #5 (this repo): Correctly reports "No issues found" - Works from both project directory and ~/.claude/skills path

- merge_findings() now preserves per-model confidences as a list and resolves to the highest confidence across all contributing models, instead of keeping only the first match's confidence (Critical #1) - Drivers returning empty findings ([]) are no longer counted as models_run; success is set to False when no models produced valid findings, preventing false-clean results (Critical #2) - Add _normalize_confidence() to handle case variations ("HIGH"), None, and unknown values from LLM output, falling back to "medium" instead of raising ValueError (Major #3) - Issues #4 (Path parents depth), #5 and #6 (event registry required fields) were already fixed in commit d472175

…Qwen3/DeepSeek-R1 (#820) * test: add failing tests for hostile reviewer multi-model aggregator Adds conftest.py to inject plugins/onex/skills/hostile_reviewer into sys.path, and 15 unit tests covering merge_findings, compute_verdict, GeminiDriver, CodexDriver, HttpDriver, parallel runner timeout handling, and Kafka emit. OMN-6180 * feat: add multi-model hostile reviewer aggregator (aggregate_reviews.py) Implements aggregate_reviews.py with: - ModelReviewFinding, ModelAggregateResult (Pydantic BaseModel, Model prefix) - EnumReviewConfidence, EnumReviewVerdict (Enum prefix) - GeminiDriver (run_gemini), CodexDriver (run_codex), HttpDriver (run_http_model) - _extract_first_json_object: brace-counting JSON extraction for prose output - merge_findings: weighted union with 0.65 similarity threshold, stop-word filter - compute_verdict: blocking_issue if high-confidence + 2+ sources - run_all_models: parallel ThreadPoolExecutor with 210s coordinator timeout - emit_result: Kafka emission via hooks lib (injectable emit_fn for tests) - Adds hostile.reviewer.completed/failed to SUPPORTED_EVENT_TYPES (OMN-6188) - Updates SKILL.md: Multi-model description, Token Budget section, models_run field - per_model_raw excluded from stdout (token savings), emitted to bus only OMN-6181 OMN-6182 OMN-6183 OMN-6184 OMN-6185 OMN-6186 OMN-6187 OMN-6188 * fix(ci): resolve skill hygiene, event registry sync, and timeout test failures - Move aggregate_reviews.py to _lib/ subdirectory (skill hygiene rule: no Python files in skill directories) - Add hostile.reviewer.completed and hostile.reviewer.failed to EVENT_REGISTRY and TopicBase (sync with SUPPORTED_EVENT_TYPES) - Update test expected event types set to include new hostile reviewer events - Fix timeout test race condition: patch driver functions to block so futures are still pending when TimeoutError fires, ensuring models_failed is correctly populated - Update path references in conftest.py and test file for _lib/ move * fix(test): eliminate race condition in coordinator timeout test Replace real ThreadPoolExecutor.submit with mock that returns permanently-pending futures. The previous approach used block.wait(timeout=5) which could race with thread scheduling in CI, causing futures to complete before the done-check ran. * chore: retrigger CI after rebase * chore: retrigger CI * fix: address CodeRabbit review findings on hostile-reviewer aggregator - merge_findings() now preserves per-model confidences as a list and resolves to the highest confidence across all contributing models, instead of keeping only the first match's confidence (Critical #1) - Drivers returning empty findings ([]) are no longer counted as models_run; success is set to False when no models produced valid findings, preventing false-clean results (Critical #2) - Add _normalize_confidence() to handle case variations ("HIGH"), None, and unknown values from LLM output, falling back to "medium" instead of raising ValueError (Major #3) - Issues #4 (Path parents depth), #5 and #6 (event registry required fields) were already fixed in commit d472175 * chore: sync PR head with remote * test(hooks): add hostile.reviewer.failed to expected event registry types The multi-model hostile reviewer aggregator (OMN-6180) added hostile.reviewer.failed to SUPPORTED_EVENT_TYPES but the test expected_types set was not updated. * fix(tests): add hostile-reviewer-failed topic to allowlist [OMN-6180] Add onex.evt.omniclaude.hostile-reviewer-failed.v1 to topic_allowlist.yaml to satisfy test_all_topicbase_entries_in_contracts_or_allowlist gate. * fix(hostile-reviewer): address CodeRabbit critical/major findings in aggregator [OMN-6180] Critical fixes: - Allow zero findings: remove "exactly 2 risks" constraint from all model prompts so a legitimately clean diff can return {"findings": []} without being forced to fabricate issues - Distinguish clean from failed: a driver returning [] is now counted in models_clean (not models_failed), so empty-findings reviews don't trigger hostile.reviewer.failed or set success=False Major fixes: - Validate findings before merging: skip malformed entries missing required string description/source fields in merge_findings() instead of crashing - EVT payload summary-only: strip per_model_raw from the Kafka event payload - Exit 0 always: aggregator exits 0 and lets callers inspect JSON success field

…#1337) ## Summary Ships a **durable, machine-level launchd trigger** for the five scheduled ticks documented in `omni_home/CLAUDE.md` §Scheduled Ticks, mirroring the existing `ai.omninode.buildloop` plist pattern. …riant [OMN-9408] - Rename backlog_count → unowned_count to exclude items already assigned to an active in-progress worker; prevents false passive-observation failures and redundant worker spawning (gemini finding #3) - Add circuit breaker: 3 consecutive passive-observation failures escalate and stop the loop rather than looping indefinitely (deepseek-r1 finding #1) - Fix friction event shell template: replace {placeholder} syntax with shell-variable form and FRICTION_EOF heredoc marker to avoid conflict with outer heredoc; add explicit substitution note (gemini finding #5) - Clarify bare --auto is intentional per OMN-9354 (merge queue controls method); add caveat for non-queue repos (gemini finding #4)

…suffixed times adjacent to mtime citations (retro B-11) (OmniNode-ai#1746) ## Summary Retro **B-11** (PROCESS_FAILURE_RETRO.md §3.B / §5.1): new pre-commit hook `check-utc-timestamp-discipline.sh` rejecting Z-suffixed clock times cited adjacent to file-mtime markers in `docs/handoffs/**` and `docs/evidence/**` markdown. **Failure class prevented:** the 2026-06-11 evening handoff transcribed local-EDT `ls -l` mtimes with a `Z` suffix, manufacturing a false "16:00Z mass worker death / 4h undetected" outage narrative that the architecture investigation initially consumed as fact (refuted-finding §5.1). Ticket: OMN-13023 (epic OMN-13013 — process enforcement ratchets, June 12 retro). ## Changes - `.pre-commit-hooks/check-utc-timestamp-discipline.sh` — same-line detection of mtime marker + `HH:MM[:SS]Z` time; staged-index read with working-tree fallback (mirrors `check-handoff-infra-health.sh`); escape hatch `utc-ok: <reason>`; hard fail, no warn-only (CLAUDE.md Rule OmniNode-ai#5). - `.pre-commit-config.yaml` — wired in the stage-1 pre-commit block. - `tests/hooks/test_check_utc_timestamp_discipline.py` — 7 unit tests (reject in handoffs + evidence, date-u-sourced pass, escape hatch, out-of-scope doc/extension guards, executable bit) + 3 fixtures. ## Verification - `uv run pytest tests/hooks/test_check_utc_timestamp_discipline.py -v` — 7/7 pass. - `uv run pytest tests/ -q -m "not integration"` — 3 failed, 11074 passed; all 3 failures verified **pre-existing on clean origin/dev (22fe1d6)** via stash/run/restore and ticketed as OMN-13064 (delegation test_runner x2, sweep_preflight cached_block). Full integration leg requires the local `bus-local` broker (OMN-3571 guard); CI runs the full matrix. - `uv run pre-commit run --files <changed files>` — clean. Two `--all-files` failures (hardcoded-topics in `plugins/onex/skills/demo/_lib/dispatch.py`, legacy-session-id in `plugins/onex/hooks/lib/delegation_hook_runner.py`) are pre-existing on dev tip in files untouched by this diff. - ruff format + check clean on changed Python. …tail for public exposure (#1869) ## Summary Genericizes `plugins/onex/skills/**` to remove OmniNode-internal operating context before the public "Fable Going Behind API Pricing" article drives readers to the repo. Closes OMN-14105. ## What changed (85 skill files + new gate) - **Real identity / PII** — a contractor's real name, operator name/email/ssh-user/`--author` git-filter → `${OPERATOR_*}`/`${GIT_AUTHOR}`/`<user>` placeholders. - **Infra** — LAN IPs (192.168.86.x) → localhost+env; `.201`/`.200` host nicknames → generic; `/Volumes/PRO-G40` machine paths → `$OMNI_HOME`. - **Internal doctrine** — `feedback_*`/`project_*`/`reference_*` memory-doc citations → inlined principle, doc name dropped. - **Ticket numbers** — specific `OMN-<number>` → `<TICKET>`; `omni_home` prose/vars → "workspace". - **Preserved (functional, non-sensitive):** `$OMNI_HOME` env, `OmniNode-ai` org, `node_*` names, `OMN-XXXX`/`OMN-\d+` placeholders, topic strings. ## Enforcement in the same change (Rule #5) - `scripts/check_public_skill_hygiene.py` + `scripts/public_skill_hygiene_allowlist.yaml` — detects 9 leak classes, allowlists 4 documented keeps (golden-path fixtures, denylist guard IP, generic SSRF test IPs, canonical interpreter path). - Wired as a **pre-commit hook** + **CI workflow "Public Skill Hygiene"** (required-status context to add to branch protection). ## dod_evidence - Hygiene gate green: `464 scanned, 0 blocked, 54 allowlisted`. - Full pre-commit suite green (ruff/mypy/spdx/skill-hygiene/…); pre-push hooks green. - Independent verifier re-ran the hygiene gate against this PR head (0 blocked/464 scanned), spot-checked ~10 changed skill files, and re-compiled all 29 changed `.py` files clean — see OCC companion. ## OCC companion Evidence-Source: OCC#3676 Evidence-Ticket: OMN-14105

Thin pre-commit shim (.pre-commit-hooks/validate-occ-pr-stamp.sh) that delegates to 'onex occ validate' (omnibase_infra.cli.cli_occ) — zero stamp logic duplicated; the CLI reuses the canonical OCC stamp schema in omnibase_compat.contracts.pr_occ_stamp (OMN-14223). Only staged *.md/*.txt that already carry an Evidence-Ticket/Evidence-Source line are validated, so an incomplete or malformed OCC stamp fails at commit time instead of on CI's receipt-gate. Non-artifact files pass. A staged artifact with the 'onex occ' CLI unavailable HARD-FAILS (missing validator = config error; CLAUDE.md Rule #5/#10). Wired into .pre-commit-config.yaml (pre-commit stage) + tests/hooks test. Adds omnibase-compat==0.5.6 as a new dependency (project deps + [tool.uv] override). BLOCKED ON: omnibase-compat 0.5.6 release to PyPI (OMN-14223 / PR#173) — until then uv sync/CI cannot resolve the pin; expected red, documented. Paired with omnibase_infra PR #2245 (onex occ CLI, same OMN-14190). OCC companion: pending independent verifier (implementer does not self-author evidence).

Thin pre-commit shim (.pre-commit-hooks/validate-occ-pr-stamp.sh) that delegates to 'onex occ validate' (omnibase_infra.cli.cli_occ) — zero stamp logic duplicated. The CLI reuses the canonical OCC stamp schema in omnibase_compat.contracts.pr_occ_stamp (OMN-14223); this repo touches the schema ONLY through the 'onex occ' subprocess, so omniclaude needs NO omnibase-compat dependency (the shim is pure shell; the hook test invokes the CLI via subprocess, not by importing parse/render). Paired with omnibase_infra PR #2245 (onex occ CLI, same OMN-14190). The hook stays dormant (safe no-op on the no-artifact path) until omnibase_infra is released carrying 'onex occ' and this repo bumps its infra pin — a follow-up. Evidence-Source: OCC#3785 Evidence-Ticket: OMN-14190 Evidence-Commit: 2d5c5a8aa4f68bfe055a5bfa4b3f61a7de8706f4 ## OMN-14190 — OCC stamp/validate pre-commit hook (omniclaude half) Piece 4/5 of the canonical OCC stamp-model critical path (epic **OMN-14180**). Shift-left the OCC PR-metadata check to `git commit`, before CI's receipt-gate. ### What this PR adds - `.pre-commit-hooks/validate-occ-pr-stamp.sh` — a **thin shim** that delegates all parsing/assertion to `onex occ validate` (omnibase_infra `cli_occ`), which itself reuses the canonical OCC stamp schema in `omnibase_compat.contracts.pr_occ_stamp` (OMN-14223). **Zero stamp logic here.** - Wired into `.pre-commit-config.yaml` (`files: '\.(md|txt)$'`, `exclude: '^tests/hooks/fixtures/'`). - `tests/hooks/test_validate_occ_pr_stamp_hook.py`. ### No compat dependency in omniclaude (deliberate) This repo touches the OCC stamp schema **only** through the `onex occ` subprocess — the shim is pure shell and the hook test invokes the CLI via `subprocess`, not by `import`ing `parse`/`render`. So omniclaude adds **no** `omnibase-compat` dependency (avoids an unused-dependency; the schema arrives transitively via omnibase_infra when the infra pin is later bumped). Verified: the only imports in the test are `subprocess`/`pathlib`/`pytest`. ### Behavior contract - Only `*.md`/`*.txt` that **already carry** an `Evidence-Ticket:`/`Evidence-Source:` line are validated → an incomplete/malformed stamp fails at commit. Arbitrary markdown is never required to carry a stamp. - Staged-blob discipline (`git show :<file>`) — a working-tree edit after `git add` can't hide a malformed stamp. - **Fail-closed on a missing validator:** a staged OCC artifact with the `onex occ` CLI unavailable HARD-FAILS (config error, not a silent pass; CLAUDE.md Rule #5/#10). ### Gate evidence (local, this worktree) - `pre-commit run validate-occ-pr-stamp --all-files` → **Passed** (hook runs on repo `.md`/`.txt`, no non-excluded artifacts, exit 0 — no `onex occ` needed on the no-artifact path). - `pre-commit run --files <changed>` → all hooks Passed. - Hook `--self-test` → **5 passed, 0 failed**. - `pytest tests/hooks/test_validate_occ_pr_stamp_hook.py` → **6 passed**. - Full pre-push validator suite (mypy, pyright, bandit, enum/exports/…) → Passed. ### Cross-repo pairing / release-ordering Paired with omnibase_infra PR **#2245** (`onex occ` CLI, same OMN-14190). The hook stays dormant (safe no-op on the no-artifact path) until omnibase_infra is released carrying `onex occ` and this repo bumps its infra pin — a follow-up. This PR has **no** unreleased dependency, so it does not carry the compat-publish block. OCC companion: pending independent verifier (implementer does not self-author evidence).

…ypasses the merge check (#1903) ## OMN-14641 — bind Done to a merged PR; `close-if-done` no longer bypasses the merge check Closes OMN-14641 ### Root cause The `close-if-done` label was a **blanket merge-check exemption** across every Done-flip guard. `is_exempt()` short-circuited to ALLOW *before* any PR-merge check ran, so a ticket carrying the label flipped to **Done with its linked product PR still OPEN** — the confirmed OMN-14582 false-Done (omnimarket #1754 `mergedAt: null` at the moment of the flip). This corrupts the platform Done signal that sprint rollups, velocity, dependency-unblocking and epic-completion all trust. ### What changed 1. **`linear_done_verify.verify()`** — the cited-PR merge check now runs **before** the `close-if-done` exemption. The label applies **only when no product PR is cited** (decision-only tickets / epic ALL_CHILDREN_DONE roll-ups). It can never waive an open/unmerged cited PR. (deliverables 3, 4) 2. **Weak-signal filter** — `onex_change_control` (OCC / evidence-companion) PRs are filtered out of the merge-check set: they neither satisfy nor block a *product* ticket's Done. (deliverable 3) 3. **`done_flip_guard.decide()`** — same reorder, plus it folds the ticket's **linked-PR attachment URLs** (Linear's GitHub integration links the PR as an *attachment*, not a `#N` body mention) into the merge check. This catches the exact OMN-14582 shape — a status-only Done flip whose linked product PR is uncited-but-OPEN. (deliverable 4) 4. **New `closes-ref-gate.yml` + `scripts/lint_closes_ref.py`** — a CI gate that requires a **STRONG close signal** on product PRs: `Closes|Fixes|Resolves OMN-####` in the body **OR** a branch-primary head branch (`omn-####-…`). A bare `OMN-####` mention is a WEAK signal and fails. Release/deps PRs and evidence/OCC branches are exempt; ticketless PRs use `[closes-ref-exempt: <reason>]`. (deliverable 1, Rule #5 enforcement-not-detection) 5. **`linear-close-on-merge.yml`** — now also fires on **`dev`** (the everyday merge target; previously only main/develop, so real dev merges never closed their ticket). Adds Closes-word reconciliation as a fallback strong signal and **skips evidence/OCC companion branches**. (deliverables 2, 3) ### dod_evidence - **Before:** `close-if-done` label → `is_exempt()` returns ALLOW before the PR check → Done flips with an OPEN cited/linked PR (OMN-14582). - **After:** open cited **or** linked-attachment PR + `close-if-done` label → BLOCK (`pr_not_merged`); exemption only honored when no product PR is cited/linked. - **Focused tests (97 passing):** `uv run pytest tests/hooks/test_linear_done_verify.py tests/hooks/test_done_flip_guard.py tests/scripts/test_lint_closes_ref.py` New regressions: `test_close_if_done_label_does_NOT_waive_open_cited_pr`, `test_close_if_done_label_does_not_bypass_open_linked_attachment_pr`, `test_occ_evidence_pr_is_weak_and_filtered`, plus the full closes-ref gate suite. - **Gate simulation:** branch-primary / epic-child / Closes-word all extract the correct ticket; evidence/occ branches and bare mentions correctly skip. - **Corrective action:** the `close-if-done` label was stripped from OMN-14582 live via the Linear API (its status was left In Progress, unchanged). - **Rollback:** revert this commit — no migrations, no runtime/state changes; the two guard libs are client-side hooks (currently disabled under the hooks.json `{}` measurement baseline, OMN-13244), and both workflows are additive/reversible. - **Worktree:** `$OMNI_HOME/omni_worktrees/OMN-14641/omniclaude`; canonical clone left clean (an accidental early edit to the canonical clone was fully reverted). ### REQUIRES MAINTAINER APPROVAL `closes-ref-gate` is intentionally **NOT** wired as a required `dev` branch-protection status check in this PR. Promoting it to required would wedge existing open PRs that use bare-token references. To make it enforcing (Rule #5 full posture) a maintainer must add the context `closes-ref-gate` to `repos/OmniNode-ai/omniclaude/branches/dev/protection/required_status_checks` after the open-PR backlog is converted to Closes-word/branch-primary. I did not apply this. ### Follow-ups (out of scope here) - `omnimarket/.../gate_escape_audit.py` clears `close-if-done` tickets via `DECISION_ONLY_LABELS`, so the post-hoc L3 audit is blind to this same class — should apply the merged-linked-PR requirement there too (separate repo/PR). - omniclaude `verify`/receipt-gate expects an OCC Evidence-Source companion on dev PRs; per the lane constraints I did not author an OCC companion — Codex/ autogen owns that path. …int (R6) (OmniNode-ai#1783) ## OMN-13341 — Verification doctrine + non-authoritative-evidence lint (R6) Retro enforcement **R6**, child of the ratchet-enforcement epic **OMN-13325**. Source audit: `omni_home/docs/audits/2026-06-19-ratchet-enforcement-audit.md`. ### Problem Probes verified against local canonical clones, ticket text, or `statusCheckRollup` — all of which drift from live truth. Proven three times in one session: a stale local clone produced a false `node NOT_FOUND`; a stale ticket said "escalation never fires" when the projection showed it does; `statusCheckRollup` showed `FAILURE` after passing reruns. ### What this PR ships - **`docs/standards/VERIFICATION_DOCTRINE.md`** — codifies the authoritative truth surfaces (origin/dev for existence, the live materialized projection for runtime/data state, `gh pr checks` for PR verdicts, branch protection for required-gate claims), the non-authoritative surfaces and their failure modes, 6 rules, a copy-paste command reference, and the enforcement section. Each rule traces to a real 2026-06-19 failure. - **`scripts/lint_verification_evidence.py`** — blocking lint flagging worker prompts / receipts / handoffs / evidence docs that cite (1) a `statusCheckRollup` **verdict**, (2) state asserted "from/against the local clone", or (3) "the ticket says X, so/therefore Y". Phrase-anchored so *documenting* the failure mode or fetching the raw `--json statusCheckRollup` field does **not** trip it. Suppression: `# verification-evidence-ok: <reason>`. Ships with `--self-test` (14 cases) + 31 unit tests. - **`.pre-commit-config.yaml`** — `lint-verification-evidence` hook (blocking, pre-commit stage). - **`.github/workflows/verification-evidence-lint.yml`** — CI gate (PR + push + merge_group; self-test then full scan). - **`CLAUDE.md`** — new "Standalone Lint Gates" row + a "Verification Doctrine" subsection linking the doc. Enforcement is wired in the same PR as the detection (CLAUDE.md Rule OmniNode-ai#5). ### Note on the matcher An initial `statusCheckRollup` matcher flagged 10 legitimate field-access / queue-mechanics lines. Fixed by **narrowing the matcher** to "rollup adjacent to a verdict token" — not an allowlist — per CLAUDE.md Rule OmniNode-ai#10. Full-repo scan is now clean (exit 0). ### Verification (dod_evidence) - `python3 scripts/lint_verification_evidence.py --self-test` → 14/14 pass - `python3 scripts/lint_verification_evidence.py` (full repo) → exit 0, no false positives - `uv run pytest tests/unit/scripts/test_lint_verification_evidence.py` → 31 passed - `ruff format` + `ruff check` clean; `mypy --ignore-missing-imports` clean - `pre-commit run lint-verification-evidence --all-files` → Passed; full pre-commit on changed files → all Passed Evidence also recorded on OMN-13341. …forcement paths (OmniNode-ai#1795) Evidence-Source: 02fde8dcb5426fc6ab0083d0a0c48f581be01080 Evidence-Ticket: OMN-9143 ## OMN-9143 — [Pattern G] Scrub polymorphic-agent from omniclaude enforcement paths Closes OMN-9143. ### Context / verified state The `polymorphic-agent` dispatch target was **already scrubbed** from the omniclaude hook enforcement surface before this PR. Verified against `origin/dev`: ``` $ git grep -nI 'polymorphic-agent\|polymorphic_agent' origin/dev -- 'plugins/onex/hooks/**' (no matches) ``` The enforcement hooks now enforce `onex:`-prefixed subagents (with `general-purpose` allowed unprefixed) — e.g. `plugins/onex/hooks/scripts/pre_tool_use_poly_enforcer.sh`. What was missing — and what this PR lands — is the **regression guard** half of the ticket (the enforcement-not-detection requirement, CLAUDE.md Rule OmniNode-ai#5). ### What this PR adds - **`plugins/onex/hooks/scripts/grep_guard_no_polymorphic_agent.sh`** — fail-closed grep guard over the enforcement surface (`plugins/onex/hooks/{scripts,lib}` + `hooks.json`). Full-tree mode (CI) and pre-commit file-mode (scoped to the enforcement surface). Self-allowlisted so its own header doesn't trip it. - **`tests/unit/hooks/test_no_polymorphic_agent_references.py`** — asserts 0 offenders in enforcement paths, asserts the guard agrees (exit 0), and a negative test asserting the guard fails closed (exit 1) on an injected enforcement-path offender. - **`.pre-commit-config.yaml`** — `no-polymorphic-agent` hook (blocking), scoped to enforcement-path files. - **`.github/workflows/ci.yml`** — `no-polymorphic-agent` job wired into the `quality-gate` aggregator (`needs` + aggregation loop). The job is a pure bash grep guard (no uv/python). ### Scope decisions (documented per CLAUDE.md Rule OmniNode-ai#2) - **Out of scope, intentionally not matched:** `scripts/observability/routing_metrics.sql` (historical transformation-rate metrics over past event rows) and `tests/lib/core/*` routing-fallback tests (assert the documented low-confidence fallback). These legitimately reference the retired name and are *not* enforcement code paths. The ticket scopes to "enforcement-critical code paths." - **`pre_tool_use_poly_enforcer.sh` not renamed.** The file is already reference-free; the rename is cosmetic and would churn the deployed `hooks.json` wiring for no enforcement benefit. The ticket's primary intent — no `polymorphic-agent` in enforcement paths + a regression guard — is fully achieved. - **Docs untouched** (CHANGELOG / `docs/architecture/*` / ADR / getting-started / reference), per the ticket DoD. - **`OMNICLAUDE_HOOKS_DISABLE` kill-switch (OMN-9140) preserved** — not touched. - **Branch-protection required-checks update** (add `no-polymorphic-agent` to `main` protection): noted as a repo-settings action; the CI job is wired into the API-stable `Quality Gate` aggregator, which is already a required check, so the guard blocks merge today via that aggregator. ### dod_evidence ```yaml - id: dod-001-guard-passes-clean-tree description: grep guard exits 0 on the current enforcement surface source: command result: | $ bash plugins/onex/hooks/scripts/grep_guard_no_polymorphic_agent.sh; echo $? It is byte-identical to `origin/dev` (`git diff origin/dev -- tests/unit/hooks/test_mode_resolution.py` is empty) and unrelated to this changeset; it passes in CI's clean external-project runner. <!-- This is an auto-generated comment: release notes by coderabbit.ai --> ## Summary by CodeRabbit * **Tests** * Added regression test module for enforcement surface validation. * **Chores** * Enhanced CI quality-gate workflow with additional validation job. * Added pre-commit hook for enforcement path compliance checks. <!-- end of auto-generated comment: release notes by coderabbit.ai --> --- ### Receipt Gate / OCC pairing Paired OCC evidence PR: OmniNode-ai/onex_change_control#2962 (contract `contracts/OMN-9143.yaml` + DoD receipts binding to this PR head, commit `ea01ddc36`). **MERGED** to `onex_change_control@main` as merge-commit `02fde8dcb5426fc6ab0083d0a0c48f581be01080`. `Evidence-Source` above is repointed to that OCC merge-commit SHA (per the OCC-squash-invalidates-Evidence-Source rule — the pre-squash branch SHA is not used). The `verify / Run Receipt-Gate` "Resolve Evidence-Source" step now resolves against the durable OCC merge commit that contains `contracts/OMN-9143.yaml` and the OMN-9143 DoD receipts. --------- Co-authored-by: jonahgabriel <jonahgabriel@users.noreply.github.com>

…2e claims in docs/evidence/** without Playwright artifact (OmniNode-ai#1813) ## Summary OMN-13025 (A-3): Adds `reject-evidence-ui-claims` pre-commit hook that enforces evidence-language honesty in `docs/evidence/**` markdown files. OCC receipt PR: OmniNode-ai/onex_change_control#3247 ## Root Cause PROCESS_FAILURE_RETRO.md §3.A (top-10 failure OmniNode-ai#1): the 2026-06-11 19:27Z evidence doc claimed "UI POST → full chain live" when only curl was run. This led to a false "done" declaration. ## What This PR Adds - `.pre-commit-hooks/reject-evidence-ui-claims.sh` — blocking hook (no warn-only mode per CLAUDE.md Rule OmniNode-ai#5 + Rule OmniNode-ai#10) - `.pre-commit-config.yaml` — wires the hook at `pre-commit` stage on `types: [markdown]` - `contracts/OMN-13025.yaml` — OCC contract with dod_evidence - `tests/hooks/test_reject_evidence_ui_claims.py` — 8 unit tests (TDD-first, all pass before implementation was written) - `tests/hooks/fixtures/evidence_language/` — 6 fixture files covering all reject/accept/ignore cases ## Hook Behavior Blocked claim patterns (case-insensitive) in `docs/evidence/**`: - `UI POST` - `click` - `full chain live` - `end-to-end` / `end to end` A claim is allowed only when the document also references a Playwright artifact (`playwright` or `test-results/` appears anywhere in the doc). ## DoD Evidence ``` dod-hook-exists-executable: test -x .pre-commit-hooks/reject-evidence-ui-claims.sh → PASS (script present and executable) dod-hook-wired-in-precommit: grep -q 'reject-evidence-ui-claims' .pre-commit-config.yaml → PASS (hook registered in pre-commit config) dod-unit-tests-pass: uv run pytest tests/hooks/test_reject_evidence_ui_claims.py -v → 8 passed in 0.37s dod-commit-blocked-on-overstatement: Hook rejects docs/evidence/*.md with "UI POST" and no Playwright reference → EVIDENCE_UI_CLAIM_UNVERIFIED raised (correct behavior) ``` Evidence-Source: OCC#3247 Evidence-Ticket: OMN-13025 Implementation-Head: db97023cf66d47ae4e97a8a1c6d383980b946d56 OCC-Receipt-PR: OmniNode-ai/onex_change_control#3247 --------- Co-authored-by: jonahgabriel <jonahgabriel@users.noreply.github.com>

…r false-positives (#1932) ## Summary - 3 of omniclaude's 4 remaining open GitHub secret-scanning alerts point at test fixtures in `tests/hooks/test_schemas.py` that exercise `prompt_preview` redaction (Stripe live secret key, Stripe live restricted key, MongoDB Atlas-shaped URI). All three values are sequential-alphabet / never-issued placeholders, but GitHub's partner-pattern scanner is a raw-text structural regex with no entropy check, so it matches regardless of how fake the content looks. - Splits each fixture literal (string concatenation) so the full secret-shaped run never appears contiguous in the source bytes, while the runtime-reconstructed value is byte-identical and still exercises the same redaction code path. Also swaps the sequential-alphabet suffix for an explicit `TESTFIXTURE...NEVERISSUED` marker. - No assertion was weakened. This PR does not touch `toggle-claude-provider.sh` / `claude-providers.json` / `agents/parallel_execution/HANDOFF.md` (the real, already-resolved `google_api_key` credential, alert #2) or the still-open, still-real `slack_incoming_webhook_url` alert (#5) — those stay untouched/open per OMN-15058. ## Test plan - [x] `uv run pytest tests/hooks/test_schemas.py -q` — 114 passed (same 114 as before; redaction assertions for all 3 touched fixtures still pass) - [x] `uv run ruff format --check` / `uv run ruff check` clean on the touched file - [x] `uv run mypy tests/hooks/test_schemas.py` — 57 pre-existing errors, unrelated to this diff, unchanged before/after (verified via git stash comparison) Closes OMN-15058 Evidence-Ticket: OMN-15058 Evidence-Source: OCC#4752 Evidence-Commit: d1c2f1d387bf855d4e1f150f700efc0984da2a40

…#1967) ## OMN-15600 — alerting infrastructure fails loudly instead of silently Fixes the **code half** of OMN-15600. The dead credential itself is operator-owned and is NOT rotated here (see "Credential probe" below). ### Defect `SLACK_WEBHOOK_URL` in the canonical env points at a revoked Slack webhook (live `HTTP 404` / `no_service`). All three alert call sites branched only on whether the variable was non-empty and threw the `curl` outcome away (`curl ... >/dev/null 2>&1`), so a configured-but-dead webhook was byte-for-byte indistinguishable from a healthy one. Nothing checked, so hook-health alerting has been delivering to nothing for an unknown period — the only thing that would have reported broken alerting was the alerting. * `plugins/onex/hooks/scripts/common.sh:473` — `slack_notify()` * `plugins/onex/hooks/scripts/common.sh:539` — `notify_hook_degraded()` (the degraded-hook surface) * `plugins/onex/hooks/scripts/error-guard.sh:114` — the per-hook error-guard alert ### What changed **1. One outcome-checked sender** — new `plugins/onex/hooks/scripts/alert-channel.sh` replaces three duplicated fire-and-forget `curl` blocks (net-negative surface: 3 silent senders → 1 checked one). Curl-only, no Python/jq/`common.sh` dependency, because `error-guard.sh` sources it before `common.sh`. Three states where there were two (AC-5): | rc | meaning | behaviour | |----|---------|-----------| | 0 | delivered | silent | | 1 | **configured but DEAD** | durable log line + local notification | | 2 | not configured | silent no-op | **2. Fails loudly on delivery failure** (AC-3). Every send captures the HTTP status. On failure it appends to a durable log (`~/.omnibase/alert_delivery_failures.log`, overridable via `ONEX_ALERT_DELIVERY_LOG`) **and** raises a local notification — `osascript` on macOS, `notify-send` on Linux — mirroring the pattern proven by the Steel battery notifier. The banner is rate-limited (15 min) so a persistently dead channel does not spam; the log line never is. `HTTP 200` with `{"ok":false}` (revoked bot token) counts as dead — status-code-only checking would have scored that as delivered. **3. Liveness wired into the EXISTING hook-health path, not a new opt-in checker** (AC-2, AC-4, rule 5). `omniclaude.hooks.alert_channel.probe_alert_channel()` is folded into `probe_hook_health()` and into `plugins/onex/hooks/lib/hook_health_probe.py`, which `session-start.sh` already runs every session. A dead channel makes hook health **unhealthy** and exits nonzero, so the existing session-start WARNING fires plus a new explicit ERROR line. Result is cached ~1h, so this costs one round trip per hour, not one per session. Probing without spamming the channel: `auth.test` for the bot token (read-only, posts nothing); an **empty body** POST for the webhook — a live webhook answers `400 invalid_payload`, a revoked one answers `404 no_service`, and no message is delivered either way. **4. Bot token preferred, webhook demoted to fallback.** A bot token is webhook-independent, so it survives exactly the revocation that killed this channel. ### Credential probe (names/presence only — no values read or printed) Probed the canonical env for a live webhook-independent alternative, as instructed. `SLACK_BOT_TOKEN` + `SLACK_CHANNEL_ID` are present, and the token is **live**: a minimal `auth.test` returned `ok: true`, team `OmniNode.ai`, bot user `omninode_notification`. Alerting therefore recovers on deploy of this PR via the preferred path, without any credential change. **The webhook mint/rotation remains operator-owned and is untouched here**, as are OMN-15600 AC-1 (env file update) and AC-6 (dismissing secret-scanning alert #5) — both are operator actions outside this repo. ### RED-before / GREEN-after RED proven by checking out `origin/dev`'s `common.sh` + `error-guard.sh` and deleting `alert-channel.sh`, then running the new call-site suite: ``` === RED RUN (origin/dev shell scripts) === FAILED tests/unit/hooks/scripts/test_alert_call_sites_fail_loudly.py::TestSlackNotifyCallSite::test_dead_webhook_is_distinguishable_from_healthy FAILED tests/unit/hooks/scripts/test_alert_call_sites_fail_loudly.py::TestNotifyHookDegradedCallSite::test_dead_webhook_is_reported FAILED tests/unit/hooks/scripts/test_alert_call_sites_fail_loudly.py::TestErrorGuardCallSite::test_trap_still_exits_zero_but_records_dead_channel 3 failed, 1 passed ``` (the 1 pass is the healthy-webhook control, correct in both states). At `origin/dev`, `slack_notify` against a dead endpoint returns `rc=0` and writes nothing: ``` $ SLACK_WEBHOOK_URL=http://127.0.0.1:19999/dead ... slack_notify "probe" "canary" slack_notify rc=0 ``` GREEN after: `66 passed` on `.200` across the four affected suites. Tests drive the real shell artifacts against a local HTTP server reproducing Slack's `404 no_service`. ### Also fixed (found by this change) `tests/unit/hooks/scripts/test_notify_hook_degraded.py` was **vacuous**: its debounce-hash helper interpolated the error message into a shell string, so messages containing single quotes (`no module 'tiktoken'`) produced a hash that never matched the one `common.sh` computes — the debounce assertions could not fail while every code path returned 0. Hash is now computed via argv, and the harness is hermetic (`common.sh` sources `${HOME}/.omnibase/.env` under `set -a`, so without a test-owned `HOME` these tests were picking up real Slack credentials and posting to the real workspace). ### Gates All pre-commit and pre-push hooks green on `.200` (`stickybeatz-studio`), including `validate-distribution-classification`, `check-public-skill-hygiene`, `check-env-var-registry` (new vars registered in `.env.example`), `ONEX Secret Detection`, `bandit`, and `ONEX Enum Governance` (status modelled as a `StrEnum`, not a `str` literal). No `--no-verify`, no skip tokens. Patch-transfer verified by matching `git write-tree` on both hosts (`25a624f39c2cace54142df49cac5058879ca6920`). Pre-existing, unrelated to this branch: `tests/hooks/test_pre_tool_use_bash_guard_worktree.py::TestWorktreeGuardToggle::test_mask_with_worktree_guard_cleared_short_circuits` fails identically at `origin/dev`. ### Contract `contracts/OMN-15600.yaml` added with the RED/GREEN evidence requirements above. ### dod_evidence * `proof_class`: receipt-bound (tests + gate readback). Deployment of the plugin is a separate step. * RED transcript and GREEN run above; live `auth.test` readback for the bot-token path. * Ticket: OMN-15600. AC-2, AC-3, AC-4, AC-5 addressed here; AC-1 and AC-6 remain operator-owned. Evidence-Ticket: OMN-15600 Evidence-Source: 5b876e87faf470dab339eae0c72aad422a6d8baa

…se/cancel/dispatch fails closed on the shared identity (#2028) ## OMN-16485 — pre-mutation lane-ownership gate for destructive `gh` verbs Closes friction-report **F-11 (Urgent)**: every concurrent lane on this host mutates GitHub through ONE shared `gh` identity (`jonahgabriel`), so per-command attribution is structurally INDETERMINATE and nothing mechanically stops a lane from closing a peer lane's PR. Observed >=5 times in 48h — omniclaude#2019 was authored by `andywu42` and closed by `jonahgabriel`; a duplicate concurrent `workflow_dispatch` fired ~19s after a peer lane's on 2026-08-20T00:52Z because neither lane could see the other. ## The mechanism existed and was never wired `plugins/onex/hooks/lib/pr_claim_registry.py` (576 lines) already shipped canonical PR keys, atomic `os.link` acquire, and heartbeat/two-condition expiry — with **zero production callers and zero tests**. Textbook Operating Rule #5: a detector that is not a gate gets ignored. This PR wires it as the gate instead of inventing a second vocabulary (the OMN-15483 net-negative precedent). ## What ships **1. `plugins/onex/hooks/lib/pr_ownership_guard.py` — pure decision core.** No network I/O; ownership resolves from the filesystem claims registry + locally-resolved lane identity, safe for the PreToolUse hot path. Quote-tracking tokenizer so a commit message containing the literal text `gh pr close` is never read as a mutation. Two mutation classes with deliberately different verdicts: - **ownership** (`gh pr close`/`reopen`, `gh api -X PATCH .../pulls/<n>` with `state=closed`) — FAIL-CLOSED. Absent, expired, unreadable, or lane-less claim REFUSES. "Nobody claimed it" is never read as "therefore anyone may." The refusal names the exact one-line claim command, so the escape hatch IS the act of producing the missing attribution record. - **exclusivity** (`gh workflow run`, `gh run cancel`) — first-writer-wins. An active peer claim refuses; otherwise the mutation is allowed AND the claim is recorded, which is what makes the racing second lane refuse. Lane identity resolves deterministically: `ONEX_LANE_ID`/agent-name env → worktree path under the worktrees root (`wt:<ticket>/<repo>`, per Operating Rule #9 a real per-lane discriminator) → session id → `None` = INDETERMINATE = refuse. **2. `plugins/onex/hooks/scripts/pre_tool_use_pr_ownership_guard.sh` — PreToolUse Bash wrapper.** Cheap grep pre-filter so commands with no guarded verb never invoke Python at all — a guard bug cannot brick unrelated Bash traffic. A command that DOES contain a guarded verb and whose evaluation errors is BLOCKED, not allowed. Gated by the existing `BASH_GUARD` bit (a new bit needs an omnibase_core `EnumHookBit` change + release chain; all 60 default-mask bits are allocated; `pre_tool_use_bash_guard.sh`'s own header records gh-PR-mutation blocking as its historical scope). **3. `pr_claim_registry` gains `lane_id`** in the claim schema (the field the guard reads) plus its first-ever test coverage. A claim without a lane proves someone holds the target but not which lane — INDETERMINATE, cannot authorize. **4. `scripts/pr_claim_registry_cli.py` gains the `claim` command** — the escape hatch every refusal message points at. `list` now shows the owning lane. ## Registration + enforcement, not doctrine - `hooks.json` v1.10.0 → v1.11.0: guard appended to the PreToolUse `Bash` matcher group (after the worktree guard), preserving the OMN-16471 lane-open and OMN-16478 lane-liveness carve-outs landed mid-flight. - `tests/hooks/test_hooks_baseline_omn_13244.py` asserts the EXACT five-command PreToolUse set, so a silently-dropped guard fails CI. - Wrapper classified in `plugins/distribution_manifest.yaml` (Phase-0 classification gate, 273/273 OK). ## Acceptance criteria → tests (all falsifiable) 1. Cross-lane `gh pr close` refused, refusal names the owner — `test_peer_lane_close_is_refused_and_names_the_owner`, `test_the_observed_incident_is_refused` (the omniclaude#2019 shape). 2. INDETERMINATE fails closed — `test_unresolvable_lane_fails_closed`, `test_unreadable_claim_fails_closed`, `test_laneless_claim_fails_closed`, `test_evaluate_fails_closed_on_corrupt_claim_file`. 3. The gate discriminates — `test_owner_may_close_its_own_pr`, `test_evaluate_allows_owner_and_refuses_peer`. 4. Expired claim does not strand a PR — `test_expired_claim_does_not_strand_the_pr_forever` (re-claim succeeds after both expiry conditions). 5. Duplicate concurrent dispatch refused cross-lane, same-lane re-dispatch allowed — `test_racing_peer_dispatch_is_refused`, `test_same_lane_redispatch_is_allowed`. 6. Registry coverage — `test_registry_persists_lane_id`, `test_registry_refuses_second_lane_while_claim_is_active`, `test_registry_release_is_scoped_to_the_holding_run`. Also fixed in passing: `_claim_path()` read the module-level `CLAIMS_DIR` global directly, which is `None` until first use — the function raised `TypeError` on first call. Now resolves lazily via `_get_claims_dir()`. ## dod_evidence ``` $ uv run pytest tests/unit/hooks/test_pr_ownership_guard.py tests/hooks/test_hooks_baseline_omn_13244.py -q -p no:randomly 47 passed in 0.10s $ uv run pytest tests/hooks/ tests/unit/hooks/test_pr_ownership_guard.py -q -p no:randomly 3715 passed, 23 skipped in 191.73s $ uv run mypy --strict plugins/onex/hooks/lib/pr_ownership_guard.py plugins/onex/hooks/lib/pr_claim_registry.py Success: no issues found in 2 source files $ uv run python scripts/validation/validate_distribution_classification.py validate_distribution_classification: OK — 273 discovered component(s) all classified (273 manifest entries). $ uv run pre-commit run --files <8 changed files> (no Failed hooks) $ shellcheck plugins/onex/hooks/scripts/pre_tool_use_pr_ownership_guard.sh (SC1091 info only — same shape as the sibling OMN-15213/OMN-16471 wrappers) ``` 44 new unit tests. Governed pre-push selector ran and passed on push (secret detection, enum governance, `__all__` exports, DoD advisory). No `PREPUSH_FULL_SUITE`, no `ENABLE_SMART_TESTS=off`, no `--no-verify`. ## Explicitly out of scope (Phase 2, separate ticket) Per-lane GitHub App installation tokens — the credential-plane change that makes mutations attributable **at GitHub** (`timeline.actor.login` resolving to the lane). Needs an org-level App install, Infisical-held private key, short-TTL per-lane token minting, and coordinated shared-PAT retirement (with OMN-16373). Phase 1 makes mutations refusable and locally attributable today without blocking on any of that. ## Residual, stated plainly This guard binds the local Bash chokepoint every interactive lane uses. A lane calling the GitHub API from Python code, or a process outside the Claude hook surface, is not intercepted — that is what Phase 2's per-lane credentials close. Co-located lanes sharing one worktree collapse to one lane id (deliberate under-block: it can permit a mutation between co-located lanes, never blocks an unrelated lane's own work). Lane provenance: this work was started by the `friction-f11-lane-identity` lane (ledger CLAIM 2026-08-24T12:59:42Z), which died in the session-limit outage with the work uncommitted; the `friction-f11-reconcile` lane superseded the claim (ledger 15:05:25Z), reviewed, rebased onto dev across the OMN-16471/OMN-16478 hook merges, and landed it. …-scan jobs (#2038) ## Summary Stage 0b of the cloud CI offload plan (`docs/plans/2026-08-23-cloud-ci-offload-plan.md`, Rev 4, §3 Stage 0b + §3.0b-M, `omni_home` repo). This workflow has four distinct job classes — not CodeQL-only — routed through `OMNI_TRUSTED_CI_RUNS_ON_JSON` (137 infra job-sites), so the seam is named `OMNI_SECURITY_SCAN_RUNS_ON_JSON` rather than `OMNI_CODEQL_RUNS_ON_JSON` to avoid understating its blast radius. Adds `OMNI_SECURITY_SCAN_RUNS_ON_JSON` as first-choice on `runs-on` for: - `dependency-scan` - `codeql` - `container-scan` - `iac-scan` falling back to `OMNI_TRUSTED_CI_RUNS_ON_JSON`, then self-hosted — identical shape to `omnibase_infra`'s `OMNI_DOCKER_CI_RUNS_ON_JSON` pattern. `secret-scan` (already hardcoded `ubuntu-latest`) is untouched — out of scope per the plan's 4-site table. The `OMNI_PUBLIC_PR_RUNS_ON_JSON` fork-PR branch is untouched on all four sites. **Structural note (§3.0b-M):** this workflow has no `pull_request` trigger (`schedule` + `workflow_dispatch` + `push:[main,'hotfix/**']` only), so the fork-PR branch on these selectors is dead code today, unchanged by this edit. All four target jobs also `needs: occ-preflight`, so a preflight miss silently skips them. **No variable is set in this PR.** Unset means a no-op fallthrough to existing `OMNI_TRUSTED_CI_RUNS_ON_JSON` behavior. Variable set + trigger-aware canary is a follow-up step, not part of this PR. ## Test plan - [x] YAML syntax validated - [x] `pre-commit run --files .github/workflows/security-scan.yml` — all applicable hooks pass - [x] Governed pre-push checks pass (mypy, pyright, ONEX validation, clean-root) - [ ] `gh pr checks --watch` green before merge (mandatory per repo CLAUDE.md) - [ ] Post-merge: set `OMNI_SECURITY_SCAN_RUNS_ON_JSON` repo-scoped var + prove §3.0b-M rows #2-#5 via `workflow_dispatch` on `main` (no `pull_request` trigger exists to prove them another way) — evidence must include `occ-preflight`'s own conclusion alongside each target job's, and observed `self-hosted` labels count as canary FAILURE not a pass OMN-16513 Evidence-Ticket: OMN-16513 Evidence-Source: OCC#7075 Co-authored-by: jonahgabriel <jonahgabriel@users.noreply.github.com>
