…ns.Configuration VersionOverride="10.0.6" bypassed Central Package Management, causing NU1605 when Microsoft.Extensions.Options.ConfigurationExtensions 10.0.7 transitively required Microsoft.Extensions.Configuration >= 10.0.7.
