GAP-003A operator-visible execute CLI stacked on the typed naruon/LineageWeave execute TCP renderer. tepp-execute mints the published execute exchange and POSTs it onto spawned tepp-loopback. Public bind, localhost, credential flags, empty stdin, LLM recovery, metric keys, and http origins fail closed. ADR 0041.

d96962c4d7fe6f2948160b66532fb5cbec517980is a CLI for the now-closed #382/#381/#375/#370 execute chain and treats engine-producedtepp.scientific_acceptance.v1as successful stdout.Preserve the generic CLI evidence for #166: typed stdin, run/idempotency consistency, loopback host/origin restrictions, credential refusal, LLM-recovery refusal, unknown-verb handling and failure exit semantics. Fold those mechanics into a future Validation Evidence execute CLI only after the corrected validator/provenance contract exists.
CLI exit success is not scientific claim promotion. Branch, tests, reviews and doctoring remain available for evidence-preserving fold.
