GAP-003A lifecycle CLI stacked on #388: operators mint naruon/LineageWeave running and terminal exchanges through tepp-lifecycle onto spawned tepp-loopback TCP. Empty stdin is admitted for running; terminal requires typed JSON. Metric-free status is unchanged from ADR 0028/0029.

Its metric-free lifecycle CLI mechanics remain useful, but after the queue circuit breaker they belong in the coherent Analysis Run application/adapter landing vehicle, not another independent route/ADR slice.Preserve for fold: typed
running/terminalcommands, request/run/idempotency consistency, naruon/LineageWeave consumer separation, HTTPS-origin plus loopback-host boundary, empty-running/typed-terminal stdin behavior, credential/origin/consumer refusals, and metric-free success output. Rebind terminal evidence only after the corrected Validation Evidence contract exists.Branch/tests/reviews remain available as fold lineage.
