Consolidation decision — closed with retired scientific execute contract

This PR is not merged. Exact head b9aff1e0e8e717c008313084d8e1b0dcec2a2daf mints consumer exchanges whose semantic result is the invalid #356/#370 tepp.scientific_acceptance.v1 execution chain. Its base #375 is now closed.

Preserve the generic anti-corruption-layer evidence for the future coherent Analysis Run vehicle: typed consumer identity, credential-free HTTPS origin, naruon/LineageWeave consumer separation, LLM-recovery refusal, deny-unknown-fields request parsing and metric-key refusal. Those transport rules can be folded into a versioned Validation Evidence execute contract after the owning validator is corrected.

Do not keep or restore an exchange whose success semantics imply scientific acceptance. Branch, tests, reviews and doctoring are preserved as fold lineage.
