v2.0.0 - Stability and Maintenance

Summary

This change addresses

• Upgrade to the Orb Tools 11 pipeline, making future maintenance and releases much easier.
• Removed the app and org name parameters that are no longer needed as they are described in the serverless.yml file.
• Allow the version of the serverless framework cli to be selected
• Specify the download mirror, defaulting to US
  • This will resolve a number of reports stating issues downloading the CLI
• Removed the "provider check"
• Resolved several open bugs
