The token deployment transaction fails with a Timeout awaiting isMined error and the rest of the steps don't work. This update adds the noWait flag to that step so the rest of the steps will succeed.

Also removes the v prefix from version tags when referenced in the aztec-up command

So many lines with linter/prettier changes. Are there different configs playing ping-pong between each other between PRs?
Minor nit to add -v to the aztec-up command (since it documents itself that way)

Do you know if/when the "last" alias was dropped from the tool?

I don't think it was dropped, but it can be inconsistent. Since the token deployment uses the token alias, this is more robust.
