• (2) Secretariat updates - All to finalize fast-track proposals before the next meeting for FT2024-2.
• (Joerg) interested in OGC Sensor, Observation, Sample, and Actuator (SOSA) standard;
• (4) sensor orientation: (Joerg) orientation is relevant for many instruments, such as lidar, geostationary satellites; Is it relevant for WIGOS metadata? All are invited to look around to see if there is need.
• (5) the team discussed open proposals -- lightning -- data policy -- level of data
