Review new report format

• The report format defined by app issue 733 is now in production.
• In addition, priority is now Must/Should instead of Required/Optional
• Issue 999 - Discuss options for heading levels and text

Schedule for re-running tests for refactored test plans

• We will be making a new version of every test plan in the new V2 format.
• We will have to re-run all tests to review the new plan versions.
• Map out tentative schedule based on availability of new features and people to run tests.
