👋 Hi! Thank you for contributing to the vLLM Ascend project. The following points will speed up your PR merge:‌‌

  • A PR should do only one thing, smaller PRs enable faster reviews.
  • Every PR should include unit tests and end-to-end tests ‌to ensure it works and is not broken by other future PRs.
  • Write the commit message by fulfilling the PR description to help reviewer and future developers understand.

If CI fails, you can run linting and testing checks locally according Contributing and Testing.

Summary of Changes

Hello @zhangxinyuehfad, I'm Gemini Code Assist1! I'm currently reviewing this pull request and will post my feedback shortly. In the meantime, here's a summary to help you and other reviewers quickly get up to speed!

This pull request updates the naming convention for a specific CI runner, changing references from 'a2' to 'a2b3' in several e2e test configurations and model YAML files. This ensures that the continuous integration pipelines correctly identify and utilize the intended runner for testing on the aarch64 architecture.

Highlights

  • CI Runner Renaming: The CI runner identifier linux-aarch64-a2 has been updated to linux-aarch64-a2b3 across various configuration and test files.
  • Configuration Update: The runner field in InternVL3_5-8B-hf.yaml was changed to reflect the new runner name.
  • Test File Adjustments: Batch size dictionaries and default VLLM_CI_RUNNER environment variable settings in test_qwen3_32b_int8.py and test_qwen3_next.py were modified to use the new runner name.

🧠 New Feature in Public Preview: You can now enable Memory to help Gemini Code Assist learn from your team's feedback. This makes future code reviews more consistent and personalized to your project's style. Click here to enable Memory in your admin console.

Code Review

This pull request updates the CI runner from 'a2' to 'a2b3' in several test configuration files. While the changes are consistent with the PR's goal, I've identified a maintainability issue in the Python test files where the new runner name is hardcoded in multiple places. Using a constant would prevent potential bugs if these values diverge in the future.

Additionally, the pull request title and summary do not fully align with the repository's style guide. I've provided suggestions below to format them correctly, as required by the style guide.

Suggested PR Title:
