Description

Groups repository-scoped task graph visitor dependencies behind RepoContext while keeping execution-specific state explicit.

 Visitor

-├── repo_root
-├── scm
-├── color_config
+├── repo: &RepoContext
 ├── run_opts
 ├── run_cache
 ├── task_access
 └── task_hasher
  • Updates Visitor::new, Visitor::finish, and ExecContextFactory to read repository data from the shared context.
  • Reduces the visitor field count and prepares the task graph for extraction without changing execution behavior.

Closes TURBO-5892.
