Describe the solution you'd like
Integrate the REEV Vue components for our sevar/strucvar details pages.

  • creating reev-frontend-lib
    • how to write npm TypeScript library (surprisingly hard)
    • port over code from reev/frontend
  • re-integrate into reev/frontend & deploy
  • re-integrate into VarFish
    • setup Vuetify in VarFish
    • create missing components for comments / flags
    • integrate reev-frontend-lib
