Renames the “root” tab label in the Block Workspace edit views from “Content” to “Generic” to better align with existing Content/Content Type editor terminology and reduce repeated “Content” labeling across the backoffice UI.

To align with Content and Content Type setup, this should be generic, not 'content'. otherwise we see 'content' too much.
