This PR improves frontend performance by bundling JavaScript libraries, reducing the initial number of HTTP requests by 90. It adds Vite build configurations for 8 library modules under src/libs/ to bundle them as single files rather than serving them as individual unbundled modules.
Key changes:
- Added Vite build configurations for 8 lib directories (class-api, context-api, context-proxy, controller-api, element-api, extension-api, localization-api, observable-api)
- Registered libs as workspaces in the root package.json
- Each lib now builds to a bundled output in dist-cms/libs/
