View Context: Implement browser title

Fixes #16394

Implements Browser Title handling as part of the View Context.

As well as implement the View Context broadly and align some Workspaces to use the Named Entity Base.

Also fixes so the Generic tab of Content Workspace can display its hints.

Tested out, works as expected. 🚀

There are some gaps with the naming of certain areas, e.g. the Settings > Advanced trees, (Relations, Webhooks) that display the name of the default workspace-view, (i.e. "Collection"). But these are things we can remedy in due course.
