[diffusion] CI: rebase LTX H100 timing references on recent CI runs - #42986
Merged
Merged
Conversation
Timing references are the per-metric median of each job's first attempt over H100 PR CI runs from 2026-08-20 to 2026-10-06; tolerances, load and memory references are unchanged. LTX-2.5 references start at 2026-09-21 and use the current text encoder offload cost.

Motivation
The LTX H100 timing references sit 5-20% below what the CI pool measures, so a normal run lands at or above the limit and passes only by retrying. Over 2026-08-20 to 2026-10-06, the first attempt of each job failed the current limits 31-79% of the time. For example, the
ltx_2_two_stage_t2vmedian-step limit is 131.0 ms (109.1 ms x 1.2), and the pool's median is 129 ms.In the same seven weeks, LTX timings show no regression beyond the two below, which are handled separately. This PR rebases the references on the measured pool and leaves the tolerances unchanged.
TextEncodingStage+~850 ms, from about 90 ms to 947 ms, on every runner. The case's explicittext_encoder=component-offloadnow takes effect. The new reference matches this cost so current CI is unaffected; fixing it is a separate change.Data

For the six LTX cases in
perf_baselines/h100.json, each timing reference is set to the median over that case's window:expected_e2e_msexpected_avg_denoise_msandexpected_median_denoise_msstages_msdenoise_step_msTolerances, load references, memory references and every other case are unchanged.
LTX-2.5 uses data from 2026-09-21 onward, after decoder tiling cut its E2E from about 194 s to 10 s. Its
TextEncodingStagereference uses attempts after #41622. For E2E, the earlier samples have the current text encoder time swapped in.ltx_2_two_stage_t2vltx_2.3_two_stage_t2v_2gpusltx_2_3_two_stage_ti2v_2gpusltx_2.3_one_stage_ti2vltx_2_3_hq_pipelineltx_2_5_diffusion_decoder_2gpusLTX-2.5
TextEncodingStage: 634 -> 947. All values are in ms.Expected effect
Replaying the same CI history against the validator's rules (all E2E, aggregate, stage and sampled-step checks):

ltx_2_3_hq_pipelinekeeps a high first-attempt rate. Its decoding stage has a long tail (median 1.3 s, p90 5.9 s), which needs a separate fix.ltx_2_5_diffusion_decoder_2gpushas a bimodal denoise step: first attempts often run around 400 ms, retries around 270 ms. This and the text encoder offload are left for a separate change.CI States
