From time to time, ros2_control framework gets user feedback (@traversaro for example ;)) for build errors on Windows. I worked on a github CI job to build our stack on rolling with pixi, but the filters package needs some changes to make it compile.

I don't use ROS on Windows apart from the CI job, maybe there are other ways to achieve this?

sys/time.h is not available on windows
   CMake Error at CMakeLists.txt:229 (add_custom_command):
    Exactly one of PRE_BUILD, PRE_LINK, or POST_BUILD must be given.
