Hotfix because this blocks PRs (all fail on cirque). Will wait for cirque to start up before admin-merging. |

Fixing git version seems to cause periodic breakages. I am unsure why git is the only one (why is it updated more frequently and without keeping old packages?) however failures like https://github.com/project-chip/connectedhomeip/actions/runs/3276787754/jobs/5393246226 are causing churn.
Removed the version fixing for git.
