The implementation is mostly done, except for the update of the metadata files for Polkadot, Kusama, AssetHub, and Substrate. These will be added in a follow up PR once they're available on their respective chains. Since MetadataV16 hasn't been finalized yet, I'm planning to keep this PR as a draft for now, as things are still subject to change. That said, feel free to take a look and share any early feedback in the meantime 🙏🏻 |

This PR adds support for Substrate Metadata V16. The main structure and conversion logic are in place, so the core of the feature is done.
There are still a few things to clean up and polish on the edges, so I’m opening this as a Draft to track progress and get early feedback.
