The native React Compiler skipped apps/web/src/components/pullRequest/PullRequestDetailPanel.tsx. The panel synced derived state through effects, kept per-tab chrome state in a ref read during render, and built its scroller ref callbacks with useMemo.

Derived values such as the reference, the list summary and the default merge method are now computed during render. The condensed-chrome state per tab is plain state, and the detail snapshot is saved through useEffectEvent. The scroller ref callbacks are held in useState rather than useMemo. They have to keep the same identity across renders, otherwise React would detach and reattach the scroll containers, and the compiler only treats useMemo as a hint. The file is added to reactCompiledFiles.ts.
