Refreshes .repos/alchemy-effect to the exact v2.0.0-beta.76 release, matching the dependency upgrade at the bottom of this stack. This layer contains only upstream reference files.

Imported the tagged Git tree directly because historical subtree metadata is missing, then verified that the resulting directory tree hash equals upstream f69bc54. No hand edits or runtime imports from the reference repository.

• Renames resource options across AWS and Cloudflare: url → functionUrl on Lambda resources, migrationsDir → migrations on Drizzle/Neon/PlanetScale, subdomain → workersDev on Cloudflare workers, and memory → memorySize on Lambda
• Adds new barrel exports for EC2 GetAmi/GetAmiHttp, ECS FlociServiceProvider/FlociTaskProvider, Route53 Records, Cognito ManagedLoginBranding, Auth Demand, Axiom Telemetry, Docker Context/Service/Swarm, and others
• Adds local/remote binding factories in cloudflare-runtime for Artifacts, Data, Flagship, JSON, Media, Pipelines, Text, UnsafeEval, VersionMetadata, VpcService, WasmModule, and WorkerLoader
• Bumps Effect dependencies from beta.60 to rc.112 in monorepo examples and sets .node-version to 24
• Adds many new frontend-framework examples and test fixtures across AWS, Cloudflare, Fly, Hetzner, and Railway providers
• Behavioral Change: url option removed from Lambda and Cloudflare Worker resources; migrationsDir removed from Drizzle config; subdomain removed from Worker config — all replaced with renamed equivalents. Callers passing the old option names will fail.
