fix(web): use tabular-nums with the ui font for sidebar timer

What does this PR do?

Changes the sidebar timer into the normal UI font for consistency by simply dropping font-mono.

Why?

The timer should feel like the rest of the UI, not a terminal. tabular-nums keeps the digits stable while it ticks.

Removes the font-mono CSS class from the duration span in the WorkingDuration component, keeping tabular-nums so numerals stay fixed-width while using the UI font instead of a monospace face. See Sidebar.tsx.
