Adds an e2e
admin_nodeInfotest for nodes running discv5 without discv4. The test verifies the RPC response uses the active discv5 UDP port inports.discoveryand the returnedenode, matching the path Hive probes.Validated with
cargo +nightly fmt --all,git diff --check, andcargo nextest run -p reth-node-ethereum --test e2e test_admin_node_info_uses_discv5_port_when_discv4_is_disabled.
