Replace CompactStr::from(format!(...)) with format_compact_str!(...). This avoids creating an intermediate String.

Walkthrough

The changes in this pull request update the way CompactStr instances are constructed in two Rust modules. In both config_builder.rs and inject_global_variables.rs, the code previously created CompactStr objects by first formatting a string with the standard format! macro and then converting the result into a CompactStr. The updated code replaces this pattern with the format_compact_str! macro, which directly creates a CompactStr from a formatted string in a single step. The import statements are updated accordingly to bring format_compact_str into scope. No changes are made to the overall logic, control flow, or public interfaces of the affected modules.
