The fix is in the image definitions, but it looks like I missed the container embedding in the iot-bootable-container. :/ |

Moreover, the GCP weldr api test case changes need to be gated on composer version to not fail on 10.1 nightly CI pipeline 😬 |
The GCP guest tools are now installed on GCE images, therefore modify the test cases to use it instead of cloud-init, when testing RHEL-10 / c10s.
