Bug 1873043: Commit openapi definitions #351

openshift/origin needs to be able to vendor these definitions so they need to be committed. Should be squashed with UPSTREAM: <carry>: Stop ignoring test/e2e/generated/bindata.go

A follow-on to #349 necessitated by upstream no longer committing generated openapi definitions. openshift/kubernetes needs to commit them to ensure that openshift/origin can properly vendor it.
