use pivotal-cf/yaml-patch to replace krishicks/yaml-patch

Fix #56

Not sure if pivotal-cf/yaml-patch is a good alternative option for krishicks/yaml-patch, but I found most commits' author of pivotal-cf/yaml-patch is krishicks.
