Restructure tagged_peek test to better indicate what is being tested at each step MPI *requires* receive side buffering and out of order message support. Include an OOO test as part of the test. Signed-off-by: Sean Hefty <[email protected]>
Commit 3ae11c4 broke inject support by removing the buffering provided for inject. Add the inject buffer size back into the hdr size.
Currently, we only save and continue if the inbound message contains no application data. Expand this to allow storing a small amount of application data (up to the inject size). This will be expanded by a subsequent patch to allow saving multiple messages, which is needed to handle MPI_Bsend call semantics. Signed-off-by: Sean Hefty <[email protected]>

If a posted receive matches with a saved receive, we may need to increment the rx counter. Set the rx counter increment callback to match that of the posted receive. This fixes an assert in xnet_cntr_inc() accessing a NULL cntr_inc function pointer.
