- Add astro as an explicit devDependency of docs (pinned via catalog) so docs/tsconfig.json's `extends: "astro/tsconfigs/strict"` actually resolves. pnpm's strict node_modules doesn't hoist blume's own bundled astro to docs/node_modules, so the editor-facing tsconfig (used outside blume's own generated .blume/tsconfig.json) was pointing at an unresolvable path. - Fix the migration design doc's stale blume v1.1.4 references to match the v1.1.2 actually pinned (blocked by minimumReleaseAge). - Drop hard-coded "all 5 categories" counts from choosing-a-package guides (en/ja), per this repo's own convention against hard-coding rule/category counts in guides. Blume is a markdown-first docs framework with filesystem-derived navigation, built-in components (Tabs, Card, etc.), and no app boilerplate to maintain. - Fix docs/tsconfig.json's unresolvable `extends: "astro/tsconfigs/strict"` by inlining Astro's base+strict compilerOptions directly instead of extending the package path. Adding astro as an explicit devDependency was tried first but caused a "split install" — pnpm resolved a second, independent astro instance separate from the one Blume bundles internally, which broke `blume build`/`check` outright (`@astrojs/mdx binds to the wrong copy`). Inlining avoids depending on astro at all from docs' own package.json. - Fix the migration design doc's stale blume v1.1.4 references to match the v1.1.2 actually pinned (blocked by minimumReleaseAge). - Drop hard-coded "all 5 categories" counts from choosing-a-package guides (en/ja), per this repo's own convention against hard-coding rule/category counts in guides. Blume's runtime generation (both `blume check` and `blume build`) creates a `.blume/node_modules` junction/symlink pointing at its own bundled dependencies. That symlink creation isn't safe for concurrent access — two invocations racing to create it hit `EEXIST` on whichever one loses the race. This was a latent bug in the docs job's parallel Check/Build steps that never surfaced under the old Astro+Starlight setup (no shared .blume/-style scratch dir) but is flaky under Blume — it passed on this PR's first two CI runs and failed on this run's `Check docs` step.
