fs: introduce `dirent.parentPath` #50976

The goal is to replace dirent.path using a name that's less likely to create confusion. The value of dirent.path used to be "the path to the file corresponding to the Dirent", and is not "the path to the parent directory". IMO the name doesn't reflect that, using dirname would be a better fit.

If this PR is accepted, I'll close #50838 and open another PR to deprecate dirent.path.

dirname can lead to confusion as well, because other APIs use that name with a different meaning. The value of this property is really a sort of path.

I think we should deprecate .path ASAP because it's not stable from one release line to another (depsite not being documented as experimental), and I don't feel strongly with what we should replace it with. parentPath sounds good to me, I'll be updating that PR.

It is not a directory name. If you call readdir with .., the property value will be ..

IIUC previously dirent.path referred to full path, and it got changed. I guess a follow-up adding dirent.absolutePath property (or getter) back would also make sense.

fs: introduce dirent.parentPath

The goal is to replace `dirent.path` using a name that's less likely to create confusion. `dirent.path` value has not been stable, moving it to a different property name should avoid breaking some upgrading user expectations.
