Stable 2.8.0 release:

• Adds nats-server 2.14 features
  • consumer reset,
  • $JS.FC.* flow-control replies,
  • Consumer field on stream source/mirror,
  • AllowBatchPublish on stream config).
• Two breaking changes:
  • nkey signing moved to the NATS.NKeys package (NATS.Client.Core.NKeys/NKeyPair removed),
  • and subject validation is on by default (subjects containing whitespace throw; opt out with SkipSubjectValidation=true).
• Also fixes in-flight message loss on consumer dispose behind an opt-in drain, plus assorted JetStream, KV, OTel, and test-flap fixes.
