This PR updates the peer dependency specification for @leafygreen-ui/leafygreen-provider across the entire monorepo to support multiple major versions (3.x, 4.x, and 5.x) using workspace protocol ranges. This PR updates the
peerDependenciesfor@leafygreen-ui/leafygreen-provideracross all packages to use theworkspace:protocol with explicit version ranges (workspace:^3.2.0 || workspace:^4.0.0 || workspace:^5.0.0). This ensures proper dependency resolution in the monorepo workspace and provides better compatibility across multiple major versions of leafygreen-provider.Additionally, fixes the DatePicker component's provider nesting order to ensure the LeafyGreenProvider is the outermost provider, which resolves context propagation issues.
