Replace 'prelude' with 'uses_git_transport'#423

"prelude", i.e., a message sent from client to server with a request to run 'upload-pack' is sent only when the communication transport is 'git://' In the next commit, I change 'uses_git_transport' default value to false.

Previously, we called a prelude the message sent from the client to server requesting a service. Such a request message is necessary only for
git://transport, so the code should be more understandable if we give it a more explicit name.A note:

preludeis the only tweak needed betweengit://and (SSH andfile://), but since we don't supportfile://, the comment is true. Also note thathttp://is quite different from all other transports and is not considered in this context of initial request of service from server.
