It should fix in one way #397. Currently, we are able to clone an empty Git repository. However, if the transmission can not be initiate by conduit, the analyze of the PACK file still waiting inputs. In that case, we emit an empty stream to the analyzer and unlock it. The error is then correctly reported to
git/irmin.
