Modal outstanding issues and update new Gallery to 0.81.0-preview.8
Why
fixes all outstanding with modal namely :
1> main wndproc to background when modal is closed.
2> extra close option.
3> titlebar has removed minimise and maximise option.
4> fix modal styling .
