New Behavior
jest 27
modernmode by defaultjsdomis not set as default anymore. This PR's sets every project testEnvironment tojsdomto make things work. There can be more perf optimizations wins with further configuration setup on package/test basis ( using jsdom adds huge overhead for jest test speeds )ts-jest 27
