This PR enhances PostgreSQL table source discovery by including ID column information in the summary output. When Martin logs information about discovered or configured table sources, it now reports whether the table has an ID column and what that column is named.

Cowfor more efficient memory usage when combining static and formatted strings
If a PostgreSQL table source contains a column that becomes a feature ID, print that as part of the table source discovery information.

P.S. Note that we do NOT auto-discover ID columns in tables, nor do we validate the output in any of the tests yet. Perhaps another PR.
