Cloud welcome: larger, accessible playback, truthful team copy, text-size layout - #19188

Grow the stacked layout to 680pt with a 500x312 clip and the list layout to 840pt with a 480x300 clip (both 16:10 and no wider than half the recorded clips' pixels), raise title, caption and footer sizes, and give the primary button a semibold label and minimum width so it reads as the focal action next to Not Now. - Pause/Play is always on the clip as a labeled button, so keyboard and VoiceOver users can stop the motion; the pager dots are labeled buttons with a selected trait, and the decorative video is hidden from VoiceOver. - Reduce Motion holds each clip on its first frame until the viewer presses Play; captions fade instead of sliding. - The team reason's defaultValue matched no catalog entry and claimed private port links, which are not shipped; it now matches the catalog in both the welcome and the Cloud enablement view. - The welcome root injects cmux text size; the buttons use cmux typography; CloudWelcomeLayout shrinks the clip, then stacks the feature list, for large text and small screens, and the footer buttons wrap below the note when they do not fit. - German note uses du like the rest of the German strings. With large text on a short display the stacked clip reaches its floor and the window would run past the screen. The controller now caps the window at the screen's height and scrolls the title and clips above a pinned footer. GIF drafts stay still with Reduce Motion or a pause. 🎯 Functional Correctness | 🟡 Minor | ⚡ Quick win
The stacked media floor can exceed the window width on narrow screens.
media is clamped with max(stackedMinMediaWidth, ...). window is min(680, room.width). Assume room.width - 64 < 280, for example a visible width under about 384 pt. Then mediaSize.width is larger than the window's content width. The clip overflows the window and is clipped. The floor also overrides the height fit, so the clip can be wider than the height budget allows. The scroll cap in the window controller mitigates only height, not width. This screen size is rare. Cap the floor by the available content width.

- stackedMinMediaWidth,
- min(stackedMaxMediaWidth, window - horizontalPadding * 2, widthFittingHeight(chrome: stackedChromeHeight))

+ let media = min(

+ max(
+ stackedMinMediaWidth,
+ min(stackedMaxMediaWidth, contentWidth, widthFittingHeight(chrome: stackedChromeHeight))

+ ).rounded(.down)Based on learnings: "check that the minimum cannot exceed [the viewport cap]."

In light mode the badge's accent text on a 12% accent tint washed out over the gray glass of an inactive window. Light mode now uses a light, mostly opaque fill and darkens the user's accent only as far as WCAG AA (4.5:1) needs over the darkest expected backdrop; dark mode is unchanged. A test checks every system accent color. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

Give the badge style an owning instance.
CloudWelcomeBadgeStyle is a new caseless enum used only as a static namespace. Make it a constructable style value that owns the accent and fill. Have CloudWelcomeHeader create that value, then update the tests to exercise it. This first migration cut keeps badge colors under one owner instead of extending an ambient style API.
As per path instructions: “flag newly introduced ambient global APIs or state,” including “static-only helper namespaces.”

The light badge text measured 4.15:1 on screen against a modeled 5.1:1, because the glass renders the text lighter than its color. Aim the model at 6.5:1 so the rendered badge clears WCAG AA. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
