Hooks v2
SessionEndhandlers now have a two-second teardown budget in headless and interactive sessions, preventing slow handlers from delaying process exit.The generic hook timeout remains unchanged. Session boundaries use a dedicated bounded wait, log overruns, and preserve at-most-once delivery.
