Workflows that publish a release shouldn't restore a cache, and the README didn't say so. A release job can restore caches written on the default branch, so a lower-trust workflow that can write there (one triggered by pull_request_target, workflow_run or issue_comment that runs untrusted code) can put files of an attacker's choosing into the release.

This adds a "Release workflows" section under Cache Configuration. It tells users to set cache: false, or GitHub's cache-mode: none on the workflow or job, in release jobs:

- uses: jdx/mise-action@v5
  with:
    cache: false

Docs only; no code or dist/ change.

README-only security guidance; no code or workflow behavior changes in this diff.

Overview
Adds a Release workflows subsection under Cache Configuration warning that jobs that publish release artifacts should not restore the mise tool cache.

It explains the supply-chain risk: release jobs can read default-branch caches, so lower-trust workflows (pull_request_target, workflow_run, issue_comment) could poison cached tools that end up in a release. It recommends disabling caching in those jobs via cache: false on jdx/mise-action (with a v5 example) or workflow/job-level cache-mode: none, noting the action respects the latter for restore and save.

Docs only — no runtime or dist/ changes in this PR.

The release guidance overstates the ordinary pull-request threat. Qualify the example before relying on it; the broader recommendation to disable release caching remains conservative.

With this commit we disable the Mise chache in releases as per the
guidance in jdx/mise-action#682. The rationale
behind this is that the artifact cached could be poised on a PR workflow
and then leak into the release via the cache. While the current setup is
not prone to such an issue, we proactively disable the cache out of an
abundance of caution.
