title: one line description

Title can be a one or two words to describe the subsystem or the aspect
this PR applies to. Title and description must be lower case. For example:

  • ci: update build image to 44d539c
  • docs: fix indent, buffer: add copyOut() method
  • router:add x-envoy-overloaded header
  • tls: add support for specifying TLS session ticket keys

Description:

What does this PR do? What was the behavior before the PR?
What is the behavior with the PR? If fixing a bug, please describe what
the original issue is and how the change resolves it. How does this
feature get enabled? By default, config change, etc...

Risk Level: Low | Medium | High

Low: Small bug fix or small optional feature.

Medium: New features that are not enabled(for example: new filter). Small-medium
features added to existing components(for example: modification to an existing
filter).

High: Complicated changes such as flow control, rewrites of critical
components, etc.

Note: The above is only a rough guide for choosing a level,
please ask if you have any concerns about the risk of the PR.

Testing:

Explanation of what testing was done, for example: unit test,
integration, manual testing, etc.

Note: It isn’t expected to do all
forms of testing, please use your best judgement or ask for guidance
if you are unsure. A good rule of thumb is the riskier the change, the
more comprehensive the testing should be.

Docs Changes:
Description of documentation changes. These should be made in docs/root and/or inline
with the API protos. Please write in N/A if there were no documentation changes.

Release Notes:

If this change is user impacting OR extension developer impacting (filter API, etc.) you must
add a release note to version_history.rst. Please include
any relevant links. Each release note should be prefixed with the relevant subsystem in
alphabetical order (see existing examples as a guide) and include links to relevant parts of the
documentation. Thank you! Please write in N/A if there are no release notes.

[Optional Fixes #Issue]

[Optional Deprecated:]

Description of what is deprecated.

So there's good news and bad news.

👍 The good news is that everyone that needs to sign a CLA (the pull request submitter and all commit authors) have done so. Everything is all good there.

😕 The bad news is that it appears that one or more commits were authored or co-authored by someone other than the pull request submitter. We need to confirm that all authors are ok with their commits being contributed to this project. Please have them confirm that here in the pull request.

Note to project maintainer: This is a terminal state, meaning the cla/google commit status will not change from this state. It's up to you to confirm consent of the commit author(s) and merge this pull request when appropriate.

do we need to support multiple config_name with the same config_source ? If we do, the sds_apis map key may need
hash + config_name.

why did you changed this to pointer?

Because SecretManagerImpl::findTlsCertificate() returns TlsCertificateConfig*, read_managed_secret(secret) takes a pointer instead of a unique_ptr. Do you want me to change it to TlsCertificateConfigPtr?

No, you can still use * to deref the pointer, why I am asking this is this function cannot take a nullable, and you check if the pointer is null outside of this function.

I change it back to read_managed_secret(*secret);, and the function takes const Ssl::TlsCertificateConfig& secret

wrong repo? I thought this was an old fork we needed to patch envoy during 0.2 ?

@ldemailly we use this repo temporarily for fast turn around before submitting the pr to official envoy repo.

oic cool, you synced it / it's not stale anymore, you may want to update the repo description (I lost admin so I can't)

I guess we would need a release-0.8 - and definitively a release-1.0 branch too anyway for critical/surgical patches like we needed back in 0.2

Fixes oss-fuzz issue https://bugs.chromium.org/p/oss-fuzz/issues/detail?id=11231

Risk Level: Low
Testing: Corpus entry added. It's pretty hard to build regressions for this
  kind of destruction ordering, so relying on server_fuzz_test + corpus.

Provide the HTTP path normalization per RFC 3986 (sans case normalization). This addresses CVE-2019-9901.

The config HttpConnectionManager.normalize_path needs to be set for each HCM configuration to enable (default is off). There is also a runtime optione http_connection_manager.normalize_path
to change this default when not set in HCM.

Risk level: Low
Testing: New unit and integration tests added.

This commit adds 3 build-time options:

  1. bazel build -c opt --define wasm=enabled //source/...
  2. bazel build -c opt --define wasm=v8 //source/...
  3. bazel build -c opt --define wasm=wavm //source/...

which allow building either all or only selected WASM runtimes.

No WASM runtimes are built if the "wasm" option isn't provided.

```
This is due to the race described by envoyproxy#22855. Making sure the dispatcher thread is running before starting the test avoids this problem.
This test sends a large number of metadata frames in order to trigger a disconnect. However, it was possible for the disconnect to happen and the connection to be torn down before all the metadata frames had been sent. If that happened, ASAN detected a UAF:
Commit Message: the probing socket is released when port migration fails. If this happens in response to an incoming packet during an I/O event, the follow socket read could cause use-after-free.
…yproxy#35410)
When the ``AsyncTcpClient`` is being destroyed but it
also has an active client connection, there's a crash since during the
instance destruction, the ``ClientConnection`` object would also be
destroyed, causing ``raiseEvent`` to be called back to
``AsyncTcpClient`` while it is being destroyed
Caught with the following stack trace:
```
Caught Segmentation fault, suspect faulting address 0x0
