Having a very similar issue. Tried doing what @chrislow suggested. Still did not fix. Current sys info:
ordova CLI: 6.4.0 Ionic CLI Version: 2.1.18 Ionic App Lib Version: 2.1.9 Ionic App Scripts Version: 0.0.48 ios-deploy version: Not installed ios-sim version: Not installed OS: Windows 10 Node Version: v7.2.1 Xcode version: Not installed

And yes, it prints out the "Cordova" without the "C"

It looks like this is caused by webpack/webpack#3562, and it sounds like once the webpack version gets upgraded, it should resolve itself.
