Rename 'quick open dialog' to 'quick bar'

Proposed change

Renames the "Quick Open Dialog" to just "Quick Bar" since it isn't really for "opening things" -- it's for accessing entity information, and running various commands that have nothing to do with an "open" action.

Plus it's just easier to say :)
