Description of problem:
This is the same issue as #3582 which has been fixed yesterday, so probably the same solution as well. I didn't notice this one when submitting that issue.
If user selects any of the following services in Services panel:
alert.toggle,alert.turn_off,alert.turn_onIt should filter entity dropdown list to only show entities from "alert" domain.
